These Terms and Conditions outline the rules, regulations, and policies governing your use of our website, services, and bookings. By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.
At Friends Holidays, we are dedicated to providing the best travel experiences in a pleasant and friendly atmosphere. These Terms and Conditions, along with information provided during the booking process, govern our relationship with you and form the basis of your agreement with us. Please read them carefully.
1.1 All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
1.2 Prices listed on our website and promotional materials are subject to change without prior notice.
1.3 You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information during the booking process.
2.1 Full payment must be made at the time of booking unless otherwise specified.
2.2 Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards and other secure payment gateways.
2.3 Any additional fees (e.g., taxes, service charges) will be clearly stated during the booking process.
3.1 Refunds will be processed via account payee cheques in INR at prevailing exchange rates as per RBI guidelines.
3.2 Refund eligibility for services such as flights, hotels, and tours will depend on the cancellation policy of the respective service provider.
3.3 Administrative fees may apply for cancellations.
Friends Holidays acts as a coordinator of travel services, partnering with independent contractors (e.g., transport providers, hotels, tour operators) to ensure an enjoyable travel experience. While we strive to select reliable service providers, our role is limited to organizing and facilitating services.
Tourist/s: Individuals on whose behalf bookings are made or who participate in tours organized by Friends Holidays.
Company: Refers to Friends Holidays and its services, including Domestic Packages, International Packages, Honeymoon Packages, and more.
Tour: Any travel package or itinerary organized by Friends Holidays.
Force Majeure: Events beyond the reasonable control of Friends Holidays, such as natural disasters, strikes, or government regulations.
Independent Contractor: Third-party service providers engaged by Friends Holidays to deliver specific services like transportation, accommodation, and sightseeing.
Tour Manager: A person designated by Friends Holidays to assist tourists during tours.
A transfer from one tour to another will be treated as a cancellation of the original tour and a fresh booking of the new tour. Cancellation charges will apply to the original tour tariff. Discounts or benefits from the cancelled tour will not be valid for the new booking. Tour tariff and discounts prevailing at the time of the new booking will apply.
Group tours require a minimum of 20 confirmed participants at least 30 days before the scheduled departure. If the group size is smaller, the tour may proceed with additional charges or modified arrangements, such as MAP (Modified American Plan) accommodations. In case of cancellation due to low participation, guests will receive a full refund after applicable tax deductions.
8.1 Travel insurance is not included in the tour package unless specified.
8.2 Guests are strongly advised to secure travel insurance covering medical, legal, or emergency expenses.
8.3 Friends Holidays is not responsible for processing insurance claims or related matters.
9.1 Guests are responsible for ensuring their travel documents (e.g., passport, visa, ID cards) are valid and meet destination requirements.
9.2 Loss of documents during the tour must be handled by the guest, including filing FIRs and securing replacements.
9.3 It is recommended to carry certified copies of all important documents.
10.1 Friends Holidays reserves the right to amend itineraries due to unforeseen circumstances, such as Force Majeure.
10.2 Refunds for missed services will be limited to the unutilized portion of the tour and will not include any additional claims.
11.1 Hotel check-in and check-out times are as per local policies (typically 12:00 PM check-in and 10:00 AM check-out for domestic tours).
11.2 Additional services such as laundry, minibar usage, and room service must be paid directly to the hotel.
12.1 Transport arrangements are made with care, and specific seats may be reserved for company use.
12.2 Guests are responsible for their baggage and valuables during travel.
Tour managers assist tourists during the tour but are not responsible for personal belongings, health emergencies, or overruled instructions.
14.1 Guests must not use our platform for unlawful purposes or engage in fraudulent activities.
14.2 It is the responsibility of the guest to meet all travel requirements, including visas and health regulations.
All content on Friends Holidays’ website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Friends Holidays and protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.
Your use of our website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
Friends Holidays reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately upon posting.
